info@barrosflow.comInformation we collect
When you contact us or unlock a Flow Score report, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address and the information you submit through the questionnaire.
We also receive limited technical and usage information, such as visited pages, referral source, device category and anonymous website events. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and provides anonymised analytics.
How we use your information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver Flow Score reports, provide requested services, understand website performance, improve our services and maintain appropriate business records.
Our lawful bases may include taking steps before entering a contract, performing a contract, consent where requested, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving Barros Flow.
Services that process data
We use service providers including Vercel for hosting and privacy-focused analytics, Supabase for secure data storage, Resend for report notifications, and Flow Assistant for website chat. Where configured, OpenAI may help prepare report recommendations, while Google PageSpeed and Google Places may process the submitted public website address.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we rely on recognised safeguards or adequacy arrangements provided by those services.
Retention and sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers needed to operate the website and deliver the requested service, or where required by law.
Enquiry and Flow Score contact records are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for an active client relationship, legal obligations or dispute management.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.
To exercise a right, email info@barrosflow.com. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
External links and updates
Our website may link to social networks and other external services. Their own privacy notices apply when you visit them.
We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The current version will remain available on this page.
